2.4 Documents

When you upload documents for analysis:

  • Contracts, Section 32 statements, inspection reports, title searches, and strata reports
  • AI-generated analysis including extracted clauses, risk flags, and key dates
  • Document-related chat conversations

2.5 Browser Extension Data

Our Chrome browser extension enhances your property research experience on third-party property listing websites. When you use the extension, we collect:

  • Property listing data from Domain.com.au and realestate.com.au pages you visit
  • Property addresses, coordinates (latitude/longitude), and features (bedrooms, bathrooms, parking)
  • Listing IDs from third-party property websites
  • Authentication session tokens (valid for 90 days)
  • Your sidebar preferences (width, theme settings)

The extension only collects data from property listing pages you actively visit while authenticated. We do not track your general browsing activity.

2.6 Usage and Analytics

We collect information about how you use our services:

  • Activity logs (calls, emails, meetings, property viewings)
  • Feature usage and engagement metrics
  • Error logs for troubleshooting and service improvement

  • ABS Census Data - Demographic information

  • Stripe - Secure subscription billing (we never store your card details directly)

4.4 Email Services

  • Brevo (Sendinblue) - Transactional emails
  • Gmail/Outlook integrations - When you authorize, we connect to your email to facilitate client communication

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
  • Client data: Retained until you delete it or close your account
  • Documents: Retained until you delete them or close your account
  • Extension sessions: Valid for 90 days; can be revoked at any time
  • Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • Firebase security rules ensuring data isolation between organizations

  • Secure token handling for browser extension authentication
  • Image metadata stripping in generated reports
